Jennifer B. Campbell, PhD, MDiv
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Campbell is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer. She has extensive expertise in health care and human services consulting with a national and international clientele. She provides consultation services on strategic planning and change management particularly related to the Affordable Care Act. Formerly she designed the District of Columbia’s Health Benefit Exchange and served on the writing task force for the Affordable Care Act.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dr. Campbell is adjunct faculty at the George Washington University, Johns Hopkins University, and the University of Maryland. Her research has focused on increasing access and reducing disparities in underserved populations. She is also published in and serves as a reviewer for several peer review journals as a recognized expert in these subjects. Dr. Campbell serves on the Board of Directors for three nonprofit organizations.
She is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, D.C., where she earned Bachelor of Science degrees in chemistry and mathematics. She received a master’s degree in health services administration (MHSA) from the George Washington University. She also is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago where she earned her doctorate in public health and economics, graduating summa cum laude. While at the University of Illinois, she was named a fellow of the National Cancer Institute where her research focused on health disparities related to cancer. Dr. Campbell completed her Master of Divinity degree at Yale University. Her focus is on ministry to the marginalized and expanding the role of the church in addressing human rights issues, specifically the right to quality healthcare resources. She is a Fellow of the Yale Program for Medicine, Spirituality, and Religion.
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Jennifer has lived in Chicago, Atlanta, and Baltimore.Currently, Dr. Campbell divides her time between Washington, DC and Detroit, MI..
